We perform demanding examination and treatment procedures of the heart, such as coronary angioplasty and cardiac catheterisation. You need a doctor's referral to be admitted. We also treat emergency and acute patients without a referral. We have a 24/7 on call system for emergency cardiac procedures, such as primary angioplasty for acute myocardial infarction. We work as a teaching hospital, and the ward functions as an educational setting for specialising physicians of cardiology. In addition, there are nursing and radiography students at the ward. We are a part the Tyks Heart Centre. Facilities The ward has 4 catheterisation laboratories, and one of them is equipped with a robotic magnetic navigation system. There is a nine-bed monitoring room in the ward meant for patients arriving from home. Hospitals Tyks T-hospital T-hospital has many wards and outpatient clinics.
