During the RSV- epidemic, we limit visits from siblings under school age to our Maternity inpatient wards 1, 2 and 4

Keywords:

RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) is a significant reason for newborn's and small children's infection in the lower respiratory passages. This year, a more widespread epidemic is expected, and it has already begun.

You can avoid getting the infection by good hand hygiene. People who have a runny nose or sore throat should not visit families with small babies.
