We provide all neuromodulatory therapies for psychiatric conditions within the Southwest Finland region.

The following treatments are available: electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), ketamine infusion therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct-current stimulation (tDCS).

The core working group includes a physician in training, a nurse and a department secretary. When ECT is given, the team includes an anaesthesiologist and a nurse anaesthetist, as well.

The psychiatric neuromodulation unit is a part of the neuromodulatory centre of expertise.

You need a doctor's referral to be admitted.
